Saturday Sample

8:30am - Rise with Mantras in Seminar Room

9:30am - Hearty, Fruitful Breakfast

10:30am - Kirtan Space including Forgiveness Meditation and Share in the Lodge

12 noon - Free time. Hiking option. Yoga + Sivasana option. Snacks for grazing.

4pm - Kirtan Meditation in the Ritual Meadow

5:30pm - Dinner (always plant-based & yummy!)

7pm - Kirtan Party (whoo hoo!)

8:30pm - Self Massage/ Yoga Nidra

ACCOMODATIONS

Simple & Rustic

Expect a simple, no-frills wooden cabin for two tucked away in the woods—a peaceful retreat from the world.

  • Retreating solo? No problem, we’ll pair you with a like-minded cabin mate (same sex).
  • Some cabins have private bathrooms, some share a bathroom in a duplex setup, and others use nearby shared facilities. Check the Pricing section for details.
  • Bedding provided! (Cottage linens—so if you're picky about pillows or love your sleeping bag, bring them along).
  • All cabins require a short walk from the main buildings. If that might be an issue, let us know!
YOGA SESSIONS 

Yoga Classes

A daily holistic class including yoga asanas to help strengthen and promote flexibility, a deep body awareness and inner peace.

Yoga Nidra

A daily Yoga Nidra and self care session to help you feel pampered, soothed and rejuvenated. Take these tools home with you and continue you retreat experience throughout your months ahead.

Check in & out

4pm Friday Check in - Someone will be there to greet you and direct you to your cabin so that you can get settled in.

12 noon Monday Check out - The program and breakfast on Monday morning will allow you time to check out by noon
